• Recruitment & Selection: Ensure right person is selected at the right place at right time. Ensure proper maintenance of CV data bank.
• Development of various company HR documents: Ensure timely implementation of all the policies & procedures.
• Preparation and maintenance of employee data / HR audit: Ensure that employee records are maintained and updated on a regular basis to the satisfaction of management.
• Attendance & leaves management: Ensure accurate deductions will be made in case of late arrival of any employee.
• Compensation & Benefits Management: Coordinate with accounts/payroll department for timely processing of payroll, benefits and billing. Ensure that final settlements of all separating employees are prepared and are settled in the shortest possible time .Ensure all entitled employees will get the benefits as per company policy.
• Relationship with Management: Taking active part in the management decision. Full support provided to management in implementation of change, new policies, and SOPs. Making RCAs & incident reports to show them the clear sight of any incident or problem.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop a culture where employees have “How I may help you”? attitude.
• Facility management: To ensure all the facilities should be in proper working conditions at all times.
• Training & Development: Ensure employees in his/her area of responsibility are adequately trained to perform assigned responsibilities to the satisfaction of customers and the management.

• Taking part in Recruitment process.
• Taking part in selection process of candidates after recruitment process.
• Organizing and managing meetings and interviews for the management for new vacancies.
• Giving orientation to new candidates and managing the new candidates profile such as contracts, salary, medical issue and others.
• Timely Vendor coordination related to Human Resource matters.
• Working and Managing the TMS (time management system) rosters of overall employees i.e. more than 300 employees.
• Managing the Salary and Incentives based on PSC (performance score card)of overall employees i.e. more than 300 employees.
• Timely coordination with management, accomplishing the task and activities given by management.
• Making and maintaining the monthly reports related to employees such as Attrition, Onboard staff details, Admin related reports, Churn rate and etc.
