Redesign Depreciation key to cater unpanned depreciation through system resulting annual saving of (PKR 160 million).
Recognized USF amortization as other income for FY 2023 (PKR 582 million).
Implement a systematic approach to address unplanned depreciation in SAP-AA for MSAG Batteries. New depreciation keys creation/implementation for onward recommended calculation of NBV/useful life.
Spearheading the SAP Upgrade from ECC to S4 Hana: Implementing and testing the FI-AA & PS Module of S4Hana at PTCL in FY 2023.

As an AM fixed asset currently working on the following activities.

Responsible for month-end close and financial closing and reporting of Capex.
Analysis of Asset Completion Reports (ACRs) after coordination with CWIP.
Capitalization of received AUC, updation of ZFAR on monthly basis.
Preparation of monthly set of reports
Reconciliation of month wise addition.
Processing of Depreciation run on all FAR assets on monthly basis.
Recording of unplanned dep as an when required.
Recording of receipts of disposals held in on going auctions and reporting on monthly basis.
Payment of property tax of all properties of PTCL on semiannual basis.

Achievement of Capitalization Target FY 2017: (Capitalized 20,000 M against target of 19,500 M).
Monthly Settlement of OH & CWIP Additions in CWIP actual GL's, recorded over multiple CAPEX projects by Project Directors.
Maintaining CWIP Master Sheet for all running Projects (675-700).
Monthly ACR Reconciliation & Documentation for internal & external audits .
Processing of initial payment of Custom Duties & allied charges for imports clearance after coordination with M&L team, banks & clearing agents.
Adjustment of over/under custom duties to CAPEX projects PO's & Store PO's.
Managing GD's record for sales Tax & WHT tax reporting.
Coordination with Internal & external auditors to settle queries related to CWIP & custom duties payments.
