· Responsible for maintaining the site’s activities including local procurement, vehicle and equipment maintenance and management in co-ordination with the DNM.
· Maintaining and submitting logistical, financial and administrative reports as required and in conjunction with the DNM.

Manage and undertake social mobilization activities in the assigned area through formation and strengthening of community institutions namely Community Organizations (Cos); Village Organizations VOs; and Local Support Organizations (LSOs); Village Reconstruction Committees (VRC)
Working closely with the communities through the Cos, VOs; LSOs; and VRCs by remaining engaged with them; facilitating capacity building interventions.
Developing the VO/LSOs/VRCs linkages with other public and private sector organizations.
Developing the community Activists through regular coordination; capacity development and facilitating local level decision making and empowerment.
Coordinating CIF appraisal with LSOs and the District CIF Specialists under the supervision of the District Manager.
Coordinating the implementation of Community Investment Fund (CIF) linked interventions by the Community Organizations for ensuring a transparent and effective implementation of CIF
Coordinating implementation of other regular as well as special programs and projects such as Infrastructure Projects; Health; Water Sanitation; Education; Housing Skill development etc in close coordination of VOs/ LSOs/VRCs.
Provide regular reports to the District office on the ongoing programs/ projects in accordance with given formats and time schedules.
Undertake all relevant documentation relating to community mobilization; CIF appraisal; ongoing programs etc.

•Prepare cash disbursement sheets for cash distribution to beneficiaries.
•Verify beneficiaries names and signatures and consistency with CNIC for cash distribution. . Distribute the Cash to the registered beneficiaries as per schedule and amount indicated in the distribution plan. . Check, complete documentation and process for the cash Maintain records in hard and soft of all the Cash distribution as required and guided by project manager.
•Submit the requested documentation on daily basis, making sure that it is complete and accurate.
•Ensure implementation of all donor guidelines with regard to disbursements of cash.
•Documentation and record keeping of ongoing activities, Identify/suggest potential interventions at grassroots level.
•Assist Management with feedback and timely reporting for observation and analysis in field activities and maintaining data base for follow up impact or lesson Learnt.
•Record and maintain all books of account at District/Field unit level.
•Collect and verify assets transfer from, GRN and invoice’s.
•Prepare and shear financial progress report with all concerned.
•Prepare (BPV, BRV, CPV and JV) voucher at District/unit level.
