· Manage Local and Foreign procurement of items required in solar power generation.
· Arranging Pre-shipment inspections to make sure that all the IEC standards are met before the shipment sails.
· Responsible for the customs clearance of imported items and arranging shipping documents so that the items are not held at the port.
· Responsible for Warehousing, Inventory Management, Local Procurement as well as Inland Logistics, Fleet Management and end to end support to other supply chain operations.
· Being conversant with import and export laws and regulations, I maintain my understanding and keep up to date with changes as they occur, to be able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and all other customs related matters.
· Producing and maintaining departments’ KPIs to measure the weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and to evaluate the performance against the company’s Strategic goals.
· Update and evaluate metrices to assess performance and implement enhancements.
· Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and ISO requirements.
