Represented and promoted the Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI), specifically in the domain of climate action, to raise its profile, foster the development of new strategic partnerships and grant opportunities, and ensure the organization’s alignment with the national climate change agenda. Additionally, contributed to the development of the organization's capacity-building portfolio in climate change. Advocated for climate change adaptation strategies through policy dialogues and consultative meetings with government bodies, legislators, and stakeholders. Managed and coordinated multi-stakeholder workshops and webinars on climate policy, including Climate Smart Financing, Green Liberalism, Climate budget analysis, planning, scheduling, and execution etc. Delivered impactful speeches and led discussions at high-level events, successfully communicating complex climate policy issues to diverse audiences. Conducted in-depth research and analysis on national climate agendas, producing articles and reports to influence public discourse and policy development. Spearheaded grant writing efforts to secure funding for climate resilience projects, resulting in successful partnerships with international donors.

Enhancement of the programmatic and geographic expansion of themes through tapping diverse donor pool, institutional funding by pitching new ideas, responding solicitations and gathering evidence-based research closely working with Business department.

The major responsibility was to coordinate the World Vision Pakistan activities at the provincial level (Sind) while ensuring local, district and national levels multi-sectoral projects are linked and integrated into provincial engagement with a range of relevant government and non-government stakeholders. Specifically, to identify and bring together through lobbying, networking, events, representation, and partnering with project stakeholders at provincial level. 
Contributed to the process of designing and subsequently implementing the Provincial engagement strategy of WVP for Sind province. Represented & introduced WVP to clusters, networks and forums aimed at building strategic partnerships, gathering information on government plans and priorities. Developed very good relations with the Government Line agencies and facilitated the process of formal engagements with the government and other stakeholders at provincial level. Led provincial-level advocacy and media campaigns, seminars and awareness sessions by engaging all the relevant stakeholders at Provincial level. Developed private sector engagement strategy and identified partnership opportunities including resource mobilization with the private sector. Developed multi and bi-lateral donor strategy and identified partnership opportunities including resource mobilization and fundraising aligned with the WVP National Strategy.
Reviewed all program and project documents to ensure that principles of the Red Cross Code of Conduct, SPHERE Standards, HAP-I standards, and relevant WVI standards, strategies, and policies were adhered to. Effectively engaged the media and kept close coordination with national and other Area/provincial Project coordinators.

• Completed a survey of minority communities of Rawalpindi giving a foundation work for Integral Mission project of Tearfund-UK.
• Successfully completed outlines of five stories on five selected parables. Completed plots and script of the dramas.

• Successfully generated proposal and supporting documents of grant proposal of 30 million PKR for Global partnership for Education-Balochistan on Social Mobilization and implementation services and secured funding for Society for Human Advancement for outreach Resources SHAOR.

To support the Country Representative and Disaster Response Manager in outworking the Tearfund Operational Programme strategy and pilot Tearfund’s engagement with the local government and other multilateral institutions and donors, partner organizations to ensure that policy conditions are right for an effective long-term flood response.
The role involved conducting training sessions on advocacy, human rights, gender equality, and child protection. It also entailed establishing district-level networks and engaging in regular meetings to address emerging human rights issues. The position included identifying policy concerns and developing influencing strategies in collaboration with the Pakistani government. Building relationships with government officials, international organizations, NGOs, and UN agencies was a key aspect. The role focused on maintaining positive relations with partner organizations and government departments. Additionally, supporting disaster risk reduction through advocacy activities was part of the responsibilities. Providing advice, strategic support, and capacity building to partner organizations was essential. The role also involved conducting capacity-building workshops for partners and sharing best advocacy practices. Serving as the main point of contact for Tearfund Operational Program staff in advocacy was another responsibility. Finally, the position aimed to strengthen the technical capacity of local Tearfund partners in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing advocacy initiatives.
