Being logistician and working in Oil Gas Industry and Automobile Industry, I got exposure of almost all aspects of sourcing, procurement, logistics from freight forwarding, transport management, warehousing, distribution, material management, inventory management and supply chain management.
I have done implementation of ISO, TQM, Six Sigma and SAP ERP R/3 ECC6 and SAP B1 Systems. I have completed two cycle of implementation of SAP project from project preparation to go live. I am SAP certified in MM Module and can do configuration and integration of MM module and have prepared SAP trainings for Inchcape (UK) Al-Futaim (UAE).
I have technical experiences of techno-commercial bidding, EFCO, GBC, Maus Italia, Kemper, Oval, Bohler, Bug-O, Lincoln, Soyer etc and have technical knowledge of welding consumable, welding equipment's, cutting equipment's, and welding cutting automation, machine power tools, NDT equipment, tech, reverse engineering, vendor improvement planning through time motion study, parts development from drawing preventive corrective maintenance of diesel generators.

• Handling indirect procurement & negotiation with suppliers on rates, delivery time, payment terms etc.

situation, technical issues, delivery times etc.

profit margin and to achieve the required profit margin for all products according to company policy.

Responsible to do budgeting and forecasting of two construction projects around 4.5 million square feet.
• Responsible to prepare contracts as per BOQ, drawings and scope of work.
• Handling direct and indirect procurement including imports and local purchase required to fulfil the demand
of under construction projects and delivery of JIT and Maintenance items on construction site.
• Responded to the project requirement in negotiating the best range of supply available from international and
local suppliers and negotiate the best terms of supply.

Responsible as power user during the implementation of SAP B1 with the consultancy of M/S Abacus
Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. I ensure smooth running of SAP system in service and SCM department.
• Responsible for the replacement of complete generators and generators’ parts under warranty from esteemed
organization such as Perkins, Leroy Somer, Ghaddar Machinery, Deep Sea Electronics, DataKom Electronics etc.
• Preparation of contracts of Genset overhauling, corrective & preventive maintenance with customer e.g.
Ufone. Huawei. Zong. PTCL, Wi-Tribe and other local customer.
• Manage the Genset technician’s teams in Central Region of Pakistan to provide the corrective and preventive
maintenance services at sites within Service Level in agreements.
Direct Procurement of JIT parts, CKD parts, Vendor parts, Raw Material, OSP Parts, tools & equipments etc.
• Vendor Improvements and planning through time & motion study, BMR Implementation & vendor visit.
• Outsourcing of in-house operation at vendor end due to capacity constraint and procurement of OSP parts.
• To do vendors development and parts development in which motorcycle parts are manufactured from multi
sources to avoid vendor’s monopoly.
• Monitor the maximum and minimum level of inventory, stock movements and stock transfer in SAP.
• Review of current stocks of raw materials to ensure that necessary stock is available to meet production needs
and prepare vendor schedule and purchase orders after MRP run.
