Duties &amp; Responsibilities <br/>1) To scrutinize the credit cases logged in by the branches of allocated area.<br/>2) To get resolved the discrepant cases for disbursement as supporting tool to meet the area <br/>business targets.<br/>3) To ensure the credit assessment of cases and training of verification officers enabling them to <br/>receive quality logins.<br/>4) To manage and control the team of Verification Officers designated in the branches of <br/>allocated Area. <br/>5) Coordination with the customers and branches to establish the Credit worthiness of <br/>applicants.<br/>6) Pre and post disbursement credit risk compliance.<br/>7) Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio reviews especially monitoring <br/>non-starters portfolio. <br/>8) Control on portfolio performance.<br/>9) Fraud whistle, customer complaints management pertaining to the allocated area.<br/>10) Reporting to the concerned quarters of the bank for consolidation of MIS as rationales for <br/>management for tactical decision making.<br/>11) Credit cases management and rejection reviews on periodic basis to support the area business <br/>line.<br/>12) Surprise vault cash checking on monthly basis <br/>13) Surprise Physically Gold Pouch Counting on Monthly Basis <br/>14) Surprise Pension Book Counting On Monthly Basis<br/>15) Monthly Visits Area Branches <br/>16) Conduct Gold revaluation activity through independent source Quarterly In all branches of
