Reporting to Director Sales, Responsibilities are:
• Negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
• Handling Dealer, Distributor and retail network on Regional level.
• Ensure/prepare effective sales policies for sales channel (Dealer, Distributor & Retailor) to achieve the goal.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and ensure sales collection and market presence targets.
• Creating and building client relationships for sales/margin/profit/revenues growth.
• Sales Analysis (Area Wise/Customer Wise). Analyze daily & MTD sale, Collection targets.
• Make developmental and succession plan for team member to highlight the areas of improvement by making their action plan with deadline.
• Conduct meeting on daily basis with clear agenda i.e. sales & Recovery status, Market feedback & Action plan.
• Carryout planning to set goals to be achieved on Daily Weekly and Monthly basis.
