-Responsible for the effective implementation of Balochistan SDGs Acceleration Project and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Eco-tourism and Camping Pods project.
-Responsible for managing partnerships with relevant government counterparts, preparing proposals and PC-1s, progress reports and analytical reports on various issues.
-Preparation of Annual Work Plans according to the available resources and needs of the government departments and communities
-Periodic reporting for donors and management, covering both physical and financial delivery
-Identity innovative approaches and potential partners including technology and non-technology solutions to complement UNDP's increasing focus on innovation and new approaches to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals
-Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders (eg. Government officials, donor agencies, civil society etc.) and project partners to ensure maximum topicality, relevance, coordination, and coherence in our development strategies
-Drafting proposals for resource mobilisation, partnerships and management of multiple projects, especially those requiring fast track implementation, government cost sharing and/or need-based technical and advisory support to relevant government partners.
-Monitoring and Evaluation of the assigned portfolio both quantitatively and qualitatively by conducting field visits, attending steering committees meetings and FGDs at field.
Management of staff, partnership and consultants deployed in the implementation of the projects.
Analyse partners' comparative advantages and assess their performance based on objective criteria
Major Achievements:
-Successfully completed camping pods project for the promotion of Eco-tourism in KPK province through Cost Sharing Agreement with Government of KP- Pakistan and negotiating with KP government for the extension of the project
-Secured Government of Balochsitan share for the on-going Balochistan SDGs Accelerated Delivery Project
-For the continuation of Balochistan SDGs Accelerated Delivery Project, Proposal has been submitted to China SSCF and negotiation is in process for tweaking of activities and budget

• Development of different tool kits related to transfer of productive assets, technical and vocational skill trainings, health and nutrition sessions, climate change and disaster risk reduction, GALS, interest free loan, youth engagement and enterprise development for poor
• Capacity building of staff and partner organization in implementation of the programme in the field
• Providing support to Project Director in developing different reports meant for donor and PPAF’s management
• Monitoring visits to field for processes monitoring and proposing changes in the activities’ implementation approaches according to contextual reality
• Preparing ToRs for individual consultants and firms for delivering different services within field
• Ensuring that all implementing partners have received adequate funds as per work plan and submitting the required reports in form MPRs, QPRs and entry into MIS.
• Providing support to PD in fulfilling donor’s and GoP’s compliances as per financing agreement between GoP and IFAD (donor) and subsidiary financing agreement between PPAF and GoP.

• Strategic visioning of the unit based on the knowledge of the sector as well as insight of the latest developments, setting and reviewing unit’s objectives; and prepare plan of actions to achieve the objectives
• Managing team and provide technical support to partners and community institutions in terms of capacity building in the areas of agriculture, livestock, alternative livelihoods, water and sanitation, community capacity building, disaster preparedness and advocacy. Especially supported in conducting scoping and developing the business strategy for diversified livelihoods.
• Technical review of the proposals submitted by partner organizations for poverty graduation and funds allocation keeping in view their absorption capacity and ensure that unit’s priorities are addressed in equitable way. Guide the unit’s members in technical and financial matters and ensure timely achievements of targets.
• Ensuring preparation of contingency planning with local area organizations (LSOs) within the context of most frequent disasters of the area
• Ensuing that under public goods approach, water & sanitations, open defecation free villages and access to market and health and education are part of the holistic development plan of the villages and union councils with equal benefits to women, men and persons with disabilities
• Ensuring that under private goods approach, the agreed interventions with the households are in line with market analysis
• Ensuring that an effective MIS is in place and generate regular reports for sharing with different stakeholders for monitoring, feedback and course correction
• Preparation of annual budget, annual work plans, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Design, implement and monitor a long-term strategic plan for Livelihood Portfolio Management Unit in light with the overall organizational objectives and core values.
