Plans organize, maintain, and manages the processes and operations of admission services for the university; man ages activities of the Admission Department to include planning, implementing, administering, and evaluating projects and services impacting the university operations from an admission perspective.
Develops, recommends, organizes, and administers the university’s policies and procedures about the admission of all students including new, transfer, former, continuing, credit, and non-credit students. Develops a communication plan for the admission and registration of students.
Supervises administrative support staff and manages the operations. Hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines, and recommends dismissal of staff, as necessary.
Collects and analyzes a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services. Summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
Collaborates with staff, faculty, administrators, and internal departments to research and resolve complex student issues relating to admission, dual enrollment, registration, late drops, refunds, administrative drops, and withdrawals. Presents admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.

· To comply with CSP policy at Campuses Level and to ensure smooth implementation of CSP activities.
· To engage students under different activities falling under the domain of CSP, so that to encourage Bahria University students to work for NGO’s.
· Inculcate in BU students a sense of responsibility and commitment to serve the community.
· Transform Bahria University graduates into socially responsible citizens with clear vision by using university resources and student’s personal and professional skills.
· To establish collaboration with external stakeholders like nonprofit organizations.
· Maintaining and updating the Campus website with the latest societies' activities/achievements related to CSP. Also utilize social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. for the projection of students’ activities/achievements.
· Coordination and collection of CSP report and arranging their presentations.
· Coordinate with HoDs/Departments CSP coordinators for the planning and conduct of CSP activities.
• Handle and follow-up recruitment-related general queries/concerns of prospective student’s parents, information seekers, efficiently and effectively.
• Conducting specific projects and research, responsibility for accounts, and budgets.
• Responsible to look after the admission process, Enrollment process, Examination process, attendance record, certification record, letter record of student
• Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management, deputizing for the manager.
• Making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence, been involved in decision-making processes.

• Screen, review, and prioritize oral and written communications addressed to the Dean and the Director.
