I graduated from Punjab University with an MBA in HR from Riphah International University Islamabad, I completed my degree in due time with a major in HR. then I started my career in May 2008. I joined a newly established US-based organization in Pakistan having the head office in Islamabad in the HR department. In this long journey, I remain in Helping hand and developed policies, structures, and employment/career plans. I played an active role in organizational development After this long journey I was awarded 4 promotions by the management on the basis of performance and contribution. In the start, HHRD has 15 employee strengths and now it's an organization of 350 plus and it is in my credit to find, hire, and retain all staff as head of HR. After all this success I worked as Administrative division head supervising, HR/Admin/procurement/IT with a team of 18 full-time staff. I have vast experience in interviewing, and developed an interview handbook for non-technical persons that how to conduct, and evaluate interviews. I developed an HR manual, different systems for promotions employee retention plans, developed 360, 540-degree feedback for performance appraisals to reduce chances of personal biases, recency effects, etc. I developed benefits plans and negotiate with different service providers on the outsourcing model like health insurance, life/ disability insurance, Pay continuation insurance, etc. The overnight policy for staff residing in the field having station employee status is a landmark for Helping Hand. www.hhrd.org.
