Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
Responsible for carrying out inspection of client owned equipment and material, which is delivered to the UEP warehouse for storage or onward shipment to client locations.
Identify and follow-up all until the closure of all discrepancies (OSND) in material received in coordination with vendors.
Ensure MSDS of all chemicals received and review them with standards
Ensure MTR / MTC of al fittings (critical parts)
Expertise in Maximo Receiving and Inventory Application with its all functions (Issue, Return, Transfers, Receiving, Shipment Receiving)
Identify Non-stock material and ensure that it is placed with proper protocol.
Carrying inspection of client’s materials as to ensure materials always available in store/ end user on time and Purchase Order requirements are met.
Reviewing documentation / certification supplied by vendor to ensure equipment supplied meets all clients’ requirements.
