Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Monitoring search engine rankings of targeted keywords over time to ensure they continue to improve
Recommending changes to company websites to improve their search engine ranking positions
Creating reports on keyword performance and competitor activity
Developing an SEO strategy that aligns with company goals while ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines
Creating a website map of all pages on a site and any associated subpages, including those linked to but not hosted by the main site
Analyzing data from organic search traffic to inform decisions about content creation, site structure changes, and off-site SEO efforts
Reviewing and approving SEO strategies created by junior SEO staff members before implementation
Managing day-to-day operations of an SEO team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Reviewing site traffic statistics to identify opportunities to improve rankings through keyword optimization or other means
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
