Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Accountability 1:
- Proof Reading and assembling final proposal bid /tender package submissions
- Develop proposal planning processes in regards to schedule, estimates, write-ups and statement of work
- Coordinate all proposal development activities required to meet customer commitment dates to win tender
- Interaction, Interfaces with estimation & engineering teams to develop final estimates for proposals align with project specifications value engineering point of view
- Interface with all appropriate personnel to keep proposal creation activities on schedule
- Prepare, manage and submit the Technical submittal in coordination with estimation, safety, planning, QA/QC and other company departments as per project requirements
- Provide detailed guidance to proposal writers / contributors
- Compile, add and Finalize tender technical queries to clients that Drive a timely and accurate proposal to the end customer
Accountability 2:
- Develop pre-tender project programme ( time line Schedules) during Tendering Stage
- Pre-tender Cash flows
- Pre-tender Manpower histogram
- To work with the estimating department in solicitation of bids, distribution of plans to divisions, follow up and review of bids with estimators
- Review the contracts documents
- Request Finance Bid Bonds, Bank Guarantees
Projects Highlights (EPC Power Project Combined Cycle & Simple cycle from Concept to Operation)
1- Last Project- Design, Procure, Construct / Install, Test & Commission existing 40 number simple cycle gas turbine (SCGT) power plant units to combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant units including common balance of plant.
2- Project 1- 32 GE frame 7EA gas turbine units along with required Bop systems including fuel oil unloading, treatment, storage and forwarding systems and required civil work to support production of 1788.44 MW power.
3- Project 2- 8 GE frame 7EA gas turbine units along with required Bop systems & civil work to support production of 472 MW power at reference site conditions.

• Prepare and update Master Programs (Detailed Project Component Schedules – Level III) with a proper sequence and logic to ensure correct design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Those are in line with the project requirements including establishing the sequence and duration of activities.
• Monitoring and Controlling of the integrated schedule of all EPC project activities.
• Development of Work Break Structure and its monitoring & Control through the project
• Development of Manpower Histogram for the EPC project.
• Interface with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning activity to quantify assumptions and align activities.
• Review and evaluate contractor’s schedules to determine compliance with contract requirements.
• Review, monitor and control the project schedules, deliverables, programs, progress
• Develop & implement standard progress measurement procedures
• Preparing and presenting all presentations for higher management
