Badal Do! is a value enrichment educational program aims at inculcating social values like peace, tolerance, social inclusions and acceptance of diversity through innovative and inclusive teaching practices particularly focusing on activity-based learning and games. My job responsibilities were highlighted below:
o   Pitched and took 150 schools on-board in different districts of Karachi.
o   Trained 6-teachers per school about Reflective Thinking (RT) and Civic Responsibility (CR) Modules.
o   Carried out monitoring visits to schools for the roll-out of RT and CR Modules with students
o   Maintained constent contact with schools to ensure proper implementation of the program.
o Observed classes to evaluate efficiency of content delivered. 
o   Conducted trainings for students in challenging schools on RT and CR Modules.
o   Developed and updated record tracking system regularly about the progress of activities and program.
 o   Composed weekly, monthly and Annual Progress Reports for the project consortium.

My work responsibility demanded me to perform the following tasks.
o   Assisted to develop content for Life Skills Based Education (LSBE) and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) Modules.
o   Conducted baseline assessment with new school networks in Gilgit-Baltistan.
o   Assisted refresher and master trainer trainings on LSBE and CSA Modules with secondary teachers.
o   Observed classes to evaluate efficiency of content delivered by trained teachers.
o   Carried out awareness and capacity building sessions on LSBE and CSA Modules with parents.

o Surveyed beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) in Gilgit district.
o Conducted Focused Group Discussions (FDG) and Community Dialogues (CD) with the beneficiaries.

During my work contract at Women Social Enterprise, a project of Aga Khan Cultural Service, Pakistan, the major tasks which were performed included; o Wrote analysis paper on Economic, Cultural and Social Impact of CIQAM Project on Women Employees. o Worked on report writing, success stories and case studies. o Organised and conducted capacity building sessions on micro savings, gender equality and women's rights with female employees.

The internship allowed me to perform the following tasks.
o Transcribed footages for upcoming documentaries.
o Researched and organized high volume of information on various social issues.
o Test screenings of the animated series at Children’s schools.
