• Collaborated with a team of operators and technicians to coordinate tasks and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Responsible for the operation & maintenance of all utilities of the Terminal (SCADA, Metering Assemblies Compressors and pumps). Monitor & analyze the daily Log Sheets of utilities and perform preventive maintenance accordingly.
• Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule and communicate to all departments to plan accordingly. Also analyze and record past maintenance records.
• Led and supervised loading and decanting operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of Ethanol to tank Lorries.
• Develop, implement & maintain procedures, checklists and work instructions for the entire maintenance operation
• Prepare detailed Job cards and check sheets for maintenance of Terminal equipment, Storage Tanks and Pipelines.
• Preparation of preventive maintenance plans, monitoring of maintenance activities by in-house and outsourced contractor staff, managing maintenance records and coordination between different departments.
• Maintaining effective communication and coordination with Infrastructure construction, procurement and operation departments for timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Prepare Purchase requisitions for procurement of materials required for maintenance jobs. Responsible for maintaining equipment inventory.
• Preparation of BOQ and tracking of the project and maintenance work done by contractors.
• Invite quotations from different contractors & do the feasibility study & get management approval.
• Ensure specifications & drawings are reviewed & all technical data available to the contractors for execution of work.
• Maintenance of the filed instrument which includes the Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Flow and Level Transmitter
• Maintained accurate records and documentation of quantities, batch numbers, and other operational data.

Scrutinize and Bidding the Tender Documents after detail analysis of Specification and Drawings
Ordering and Procurement of all the Material as specified in RFQs
Preparing technical submittals documents in accordance with documents submittals requirement for consultant andowner review and approvals, quantity survey of all electrical works revise the shop detail drawings and erections details for the electrical works.
Preparing all reports which related to material, responsible for following up coordination with sub‐contractors owners correspondences, invoices,rfi, mbs issues etc.
Perform quality control works during the execution in compliance with the project execution in compliance with the project specification.
Responsible for execution and supervising of electrical power distribution system including LV panels and transformer, generators sets, power & lighting system, earthing.
Construction Project Management and procurement of all MV/LV panel, power and instrument cabling, fitting material, GI pipes, Flood light poles internal and external lighting.
All procurement items of metering and tank gauging instruments for Hazardous area classifications
Ensure all the work with continuous safety measures and HSE protocols. Synchronized Electrical job with civil and mechanical works. Planned and scheduled entire project to meet Client estimates target dates.
Establishing requirement of standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations & feasibility that best suits the requirement.
Solely controlling and managing the team of Engineers, supervisors, electricians, welders and helpers of 50 member team in parallel with other civil & mechanical contractor designated for Electrical works.
Site In charge for installation operation testing and commissioning on project with FUCHS and ABB as well as othe client Administered all facets of project including construction, installation supervision of building, industrial and oil and gas zone 1 project.1000kva transformer, Distribution Power panels ,Instrument installations 550kva diesel generators, Auto Manual Control Systems, DOL pumps, Fire pump house, MCC, Oil Heater, DDU, Filling units,
Explosion proof lights, Florescent lighting high bay and pole lighting panels and photocells.

Work as Assistant Manager at Sheikhupura Control Room. (ETTM)Electronic Tool and Traffic Management, conflict resolution, primary and secondary power backup system, electronic gantries, barrier’s systems, underground cable laying and installation of Electronic Cards and sensors. In charge of operation and maintenance of eight plazas.
