Maintain the Standards of customer services while interacting with customers.
Coordinate with Branchless Banking Managers/ ADC team for timely reporting and resolution of issues.
Maintain coordination with the branch team to ensure the wallet activation process is seamless for the customers.
Verify Account Opening form & supporting documents.
Approve Customers accounts closing request of the branches & provide clearance letters.
Provide manually clearance certificate of customers on request of branches.
Verify & approve the Prepayments request & LPC of Branches.
Funds transfer of diseased customer from disease customer account to individual account.
Disbursement of cashless files by verifying the request of branches.
Provide Ecib to bank with 100% verification on given TAT.
Provide Nadra Verification to bank of customers at given TAT.
Prepare statement of payables & receivable on monthly basis.
Prepare daily cash flow statement.
Prepare Salaries & wages of comapny staff.
Maintain all accounts manually & in software like journal entries, Bank Received, Bank Payable, Cash Received, Cash Payment.
Maintain petty cash & bill regarding it.
Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Prepare Profit & Loss & Balance sheet on monthly bases.
Prepare daily cash flow statement.
Prepare statement of payable & wages of company.
