Currently given the task as Assistant Manager Accounts my work consists of mantaining the timely reporting of the daily outstandings, update of the deposits (OMS+CLS+Oracle Financial) run reports for the overall Pakistan region like Weekly Outstanding report for COD(Cash on delivery), Return but delivered consignments report, Cash deposit but undelivered report, Destination updating, making Credit notes, Account opening (COD+Universal Account/customer profiles+CKG profiles) and Complete reconciliation of the deposits from all the available resources i.e via OMS, ORACLE FINANCIAL and Bank statements.
Worked under a tough but learning environment, used Quickbooks accounting software for the routine accounting procedures such as Cash handling, Bank Reconciliations, Inventory control, Recording day to day transactions, Banking related issues such as cash withdrawal, deposit, Online transfer, Tender submission to Govt organizations on behalf of our Company such as Ministry of Defence etc.
Multitasking comprised of assisting G.M Operations in Operations relted matters such as purchasing of Office equipments, H.R related operations like Payroll, Employee record maintenance (Individual file of employee maintenence) Recovey of Recievables Etc.
Worked as Assistant Accountant (Taxation) at Eva Cooking Oil Manufacturers, was responsible to gather sales tax Invoices from the concerned companies for the monthly tax return, issuing Income tax challans, making of Salary certificates regarding annual tax deductions, assisting Tax Manager for the Monthly & Annual tax returns and applying for Exemption certificates.
