 Responsible for the mechanical development of electro-/mechanical components for safety
electronics following the process and material lifecycle from quotation phase up to series
production.

 Innovative solution finding, elaboration and definition of mechanical concepts, single parts,
assemblies and devices including calculation, simulation, definition of material, technology
and production process

 Preparation of drawings and specifications in continuous cooperation with internal
departments, suppliers and customers worldwide with support of latest CAD tools (suitable
for production, assembly with high quality, cost-efficient, according customer requirements
and in time).

 Creation of single parts, assemblies and drawings in Solidworks (bent and deep drawn and
plastic parts for housings, connectors, brackets, etc.

 Supply of sample parts and support of prototyping.

 Design validation and optimization support.

 Definition and coordination of confirmation tests during development.

 Building up and coach of suppliers for mechanical components including tracking of
requirements and timing.

· Designing of Mold models using specialized software like Pro-E, Sold Works etc.
· Preparation of CAD drawings for lathe and milling machining.
· CNC part programming for high precision products using EdgeCam, Mach3 etc.
· Development of test models for alternate designs and processing methods to ensure feasibility, new application possibility, and necessity of modification.
· Basic Survey and Checking of protection systems.
· Installation of Conventional & addressable Fire Alarm control panels completely. (Zeta, Context, Honeywell, Siemens & Deelat). Generators Troubleshooting.
·Troubleshooting of Electronic protection components. (Alarms, Sensors etc.).
·Maintenance & Installation of security Cameras (HikVision).

 Basic Training on PLC (Siemens & Toshiba).
 Basic plant Maintenance.
 To confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve
system malfunctions, and Provide technical information.
