My principal accountabilities included:
To conduct audit of the Branches in the Punjab and Head Office.
To prepare gist of Inspection Reports for higher authorities of the assigned zone.
To make correspondence & maintain its record of allotted zones and same information updated in system.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
To ensure that the audit work has been adequately done in line with direction of respected Team leader and all working papers are complete as per audit program.
To review the adequacy of general controls in place covering areas such as IT strategic & business planning, Information Security, development and acquisitions & IT Procurements.
Any other duty assigned from time to time.

Developed tailored solutions to meet individual banking needs. Evaluated client financial positions and identified most appropriate banking products. Trained and mentored junior banking staff to maximize performance, efficiency and compliance. Utilized up-to-date information to make effective decisions governing bank operations. Established new accounts for high net worth individuals and serviced existing accounts to maximize revenue. Ensure smooth branch operations complying with all internal controls, regulatory and compliance requirements, thus leading to strong business growth and optimum level of customer satisfaction. Hold the custody of cash vault, security stationery and ATM, while acting as branch security officer by conducting security drills and alert staff, in order to remain vigilant and maintain security. Supervised branch operations and made continuous improvements in each area. Responsible for reconciliation of Inter Branch Transaction Supervision /Cross Branch Transactions, Internal Control and branch outlook and ambience by properly maintaining branch furniture’s/ fixtures/ IT equipment to effectively support the front-line of the branch Balanced teller drawers and ATM cash. Managed escalated phone calls by applying conflict resolutions skills and extensive knowledge of bank policies, products and services. Ensure all processes are performed as per bank policies to achieve best satisfactory audit ratings in internal, external and SBP audits.
