Lead warehouse and logistics FMC United Pvt Limited Pesticides/Fertiliser/Agriculture company based at Multan

**My responsibilities as Warehouse Executive /Supply Chain/Distribution Warehouse Operations.
**Responsible to Setup layout & space management; work organisation chart; procedures such
as SOP Planning, Organising and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
**Supervise all operations in the SAP MM,SD to ensure proper entry of each transaction representing
receipt, issue, movement, shipment and management of materials.

 Responsible of all warehousing activities (deliveries, receiving, stacking, packing, etc.)
 Managing outbound logistics.
 Ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles.
 Regularly following up the production orders.
 Coordination with the sites and sales department.
 Follow-up of short-falls, complaints against orders.
 Reporting to management about inventory.
 Keeping record of damage inventory.
 Leading warehouse team.
 Providing updates of stock and order status.
 Managing non-stock orders.
 Returned items packing, inspection and reporting.
 Feedback of queries like color size or damage.
 Administration of warehouse hub (housekeeping & maintenance.
 Unloading of vehicles.
 Stacking of stock and non-stock items.
 Daily Inventory Reconciliation

 My responsibilities as an FLOOR Operation SUPERVISOR in the project with Huawei (A china telecommunication manufacturing company working in 50 countries) Mobilink Mega Swap & Ufone 3G project.

 INBOUND SHIPMENT
 Warehousing of new shipments whether via Sea, Courier or by Air.
 Completely command in stacking and squeezing of inbound material (shipments).
 OUTBOUND SHIPMENT
 Receive the mail of DNs (delivery note)
 Segregate all the DNs as per order.
 Dispatch all the DNs according to sites rout.
 INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
 Responsible for Reverse Logistics Management (Inbound /outbound).
 Developing SOP their implementation to minimize problems for procurement and contractual issues.
 Preparing line wise Normal goods/Defective/scrap material report.
 Inventory Reconciliation daily cycle count and stock taking, physical verification.
 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
 Drive and own the KPI for successful and on-time delivery of orders.
 Verification of Stock, Inventory Control, maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store
 Follow company policies and procedures.
