A dedicated and hardworking individual, having a depth knowledge of life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Ability to manage and deal with clients and have strong management skills.
1. Liaise with international client stakeholders, including senior and executive level client staff to communicate and gather requirements.
2. Able to drive successful UAT and demo sessions to international clients.
3. Perform smoke testing of the whole system and end to end testing with respect to the business requirement.
4. Provide support to end users via calls and emails.
5. Based on the requirements gathered from clients, create user stories and UI.
6. Tracking the progress of user stories/tickets via JIRA.
7. Working on Enterprise level solutions [Sales, Engineering, Retention Contract].
1. Working with Project Managers and being involved in day-to-day running of the
projects.
2. Communicating with offshore clients via email and Skype.
3. Tracking project progress via various tools (Excel task lists, MS project and Redmine).
4. Working with the pre-sales team, write business proposals and Functional Specification
Document of mobile applications, websites, web portals and e-commerce applications.
5. Being involved in costing and estimation of projects.
6. Communicate with developers, QA team and designing team for taking estimations of
the project.

-Implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 full life Cycle including business process consulting, information gathering
and evaluating FRDs & SDS for Finance,Procurement , Construction and Human Resource.
- Providing technical and AX Dynamics functional support to the end user including Chinese staff.
- Installation of AX Dynamics Client.
- Installation and configuration of SQL Server, taking regular backups of database and perform mirroring between principal and secondary databases.
- Installation and configuration of SQL Server maintenance plan.
- Performed User Acceptance Testing.
- Communicating and dealing with the vendors and procure IT related material.
- Creating and maintaining excel sheets related to procurement and Accounts.
- Provide training to end user.
- Assists CIO/ Network Manager in the development of disaster recovery plans.

- Provide assistance to vendor for providing DPLC(Point to Point/MultiPoint).
- Perform operating system software updates, upgrades and patches.
