· Responsible for project handling from designing/Development to final testing / commissioning
· Selection and development of control system overview drawing as per project specification, electrical wiring diagram, logic diagram, preparation of bill of material.

To provide Automation solution for water treatment plants including; Reverse Osmosis, ultra filtration, Effluent treatment plants and Multimedia filters.
• Technical review and feasibility study of specifications for the control systems from P&ID.
• Preparation, simulation and installation of SCADA/HMI screens and PLC programs.
• Designing of Electrical Panels, selection and installation of switch gears and VFD Integration.
• Equipment selection for actuation of pneumatic control valves.
• Installation and commissioning of various instruments including Flow, conductivity, pH/ORP, Pressure and temperature.
• Writing the control system literature for 3rd party projects correspondences.
• Preparation of all necessary documentation for handing over including electrical CAD drawings.
• Managing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for new projects.
• Scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance activities for already installed plants under warranty.
• Coordinating inter department for application requirement. Responsible for preparing reports and introducing latest / improved automation techniques.
• Providing Communication support to the client providing assistance (remote and site visits) to the technical teams for troubleshooting.
