Responsible of Smooth Operations of DFA & Compression Chillers, AHUs and Air Compressors
Ensure Correct operations of Cooling Towers, Condenser and Chilled Water Pumps
Responsible of proper water treatment of Open and Closed cycle of Chillers and boilers
Responsible of Correct operations of Boilers & SNG Plant keeping in view of EHS requirements
Developing maintenance strategies of PM & implement through SAP PM
Inventory management of all critical spare parts of plant on SAP
Reservation creation on SAP for material order
Developing SOPs of operation & Shutt down of plant and Work Instructions of maintenance activities
Member of GMP team & ensure implementation of GMP
Training of lower staff regarding efficient and safe work
Ensure safe working environment of inhouse and 3rd party contract
Proper liaisons with 3rd parties for compressors & Genset planned maintenance activities
Responsible to handle all shifts matters of workers & 3rd Parties
Ensure safe entry and decanting of LPG from Bowser to system
Ensure safe Startup & Shutdown of plant as per SOP

Implementation of IMS (ISO 9001 2008 ISO140012004 OHSAS180012007)
To manage appropriate order levels for necessary spare parts to be kept in stock
To prepare Annual Budget report of CAPEX and OPEX
To manage inventories and procurement cases through ERP system
To raise (RFQ) for the stock management of spare parts and store items
Technical & financial evaluation CS of quotations
To inspect the new arrival items according to required specifications
To propose indigenization program for spare parts
To maintain the proper history record of each equipment and ensure compliance with ISOStandards
To assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring of small to medium modification projects
To Coordinate with the planning Maintenance of Utilities & Power House
