Identified, assessed, selected, developed, and sustained a referral system with local NGOs and service providers, fostering collaboration and ensuring access to essential resources and support for Program beneficiaries.

WFPGFD-Flood Response The role of the assessment team is to capture critical information to help understand the current humanitarian situation, identify needs as perceived by the affected population and recommend the most feasible response options. The assessment team, led by the Team Leader, is responsible for all phases of the assessment, including planning, fieldwork, analysis and reporting. They must be able to quickly identify, assess and communicate the situation to CO senior management to determine whether and how CARE should respond to an emergency.

Mother Child Health Intigrated Project.(MCHIP) To identify and collect he data from covered and uncovered locations of the Union Councils To conduct the introductory dialogues for the introduction of Health systems Strengthening component, its objectives and for the formation of community based bodies (Village and UC Health Committees) particularly in uncovered areas in the district. To conduct regular meetings with the Village and UC Health Committees to discuss health / RMNCH related issues, services points (location and timing of health care facilities, availability of doctors and others) and details of the services provided by them.To seek the community feedback and document as well as bring to the relevant forum (VOs/LSOs) for the discussion.To identify the Community Resource Persons in the uncovered areas, by following set criteria, and engage them in the activities on volunteer basis, when required.To meet the community based providers such as LHWs and CMWs regularly; make them members of the organizations in the community and conduct orientation.To conduct the dialogues with the community to seek views about the lady Health Workers who are working efficiently in their areas. To generate funds for the poor people within the community and identify the members in the community having vehicles for the emergency transport.To improve the practices of Traditional Birth Attendants (on job) i.e. using of clean delivery kits; hand washing; identification of the complications; referral to the Community Midwives / Health Care Facilities.Engage the LSOs or UCHCs in mapping of the non LHWs covered areas/Basties/villages from each UC. Create the mass awareness about the benefits of the vaccination & conduct the awareness sessions with community members during the routine meetings of the VHCs / Cos. Engage Village Health Committees in management and monitoring of immunization services.
