Development of SOPs like instructions for residents, Security Control Room SOP, CCTv control room SOP, Guard’s Induction process, Guards overtime SOP, Terms and conditions for Guards, Static Supervisor, Patrolling and QRF Supervisor’s SOP, guard’s and QRF SOPs.
