Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Repair & Renovation major and minor construction works of Basic Health Units, Maternity Health Care Centers, Government Dispensaries, Rural Health Centers located in District Badin & Tharparker.
• Preparing estimates according to Government Schedule Rates 2012 & 2024.
• Preparing Tender documents of construction works.
• Maintain MB Measurements Book Records as per construction activities performed at sites
• Preparing & Verifying Bills of Contractors.
• Preparing Drawings of Health Facilities Hospitals
• Site Investigation & evaluation of construction work in Hospital Buildings
• Report writing, Preparation/checking of invoices & measurement sheets and office correspondence.

Supervision of Tower Conventional / Pile Foundation work, with sub activities (Layout, Excavation, Form work setting, Stub-Setting, Concreting, Backfilling, Conductor pipe setting, Cage-lowering) Planning site activities as per daily activity plan Checking progress reports and resolving problems Assign duties to engineers as per site activities Soil Investigation for Pile Foundations Concrete Cylinder & Backfill compaction testing Coordination with consultant, Client & sub-contractors Report writing, Preparation/checking of invoices & measurement sheets and office correspondence.

 Pile foundation works
 Building construction with sub activities (Layout, Stone masonry, brick masonry, concrete pouring)
 Quantity Estimation
 Cost estimation and completing Tender Documents
 Coordination with Consultant, Client & Sub-contractors
 Report writing, checking of Invoices/Measurement Sheets and office correspondence
