In-house and outsourcing production lead

Co-ordinate production on a day to day level ensuring that quality, efficiency and Yield targets are delivered, Managing, training and developing all members of the production and operations teams, Accurate stock control of all raw materials and finished products onsite, Health and Safety and Environmental Management on site, Overseeing the scheduling of production. Budget control for production, Ensuring hygiene, quality and environmental standards are met in accordance with company procedures, statutory regulations and customer requirements. Work closely with maintenance staff to minimize downtime. Assist production teams with the design and implementation process. Maintain database of production stats. Prepare reports summarizing fee
Plan, analyze and implement the Production schedules, monitoring of Staff, Staff Training, Liable to checkout production in process and finished goods inventory. Monitoring of Production capacity as well as the process efficiency Make strong co-ordination with QA department Prepare man-hour report, process control sheets, daily progress report etc To arrange fabric for the Shipments’ and as per production requirement.
Responsibility for maintaining product quality standards. At 100% wastage controlled Maintain records of all above documents. rectify customer complaints
Internal losses control. Closely monitor all reports which are related to production, marketing, planning and take corrective actions where necessary.Closely connected with I.T. team and take corrective action if found any technical error in the system.Execute IT Functions related between production & IT department.
Data compilation on daily basis-develop and maintain data inventory system and Home textile system (Cutting to Shipment)Fabric reconciliations at the end of shipment / completion.Research new techniques and implement into host systems.Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
