• Manage and handle all store inventory
• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stock of all times
• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the
Re-order level to order from supplies.
• To make GRN of each & every bills/challan received in store through vendor.
• To record daily issue / receive report in software.
• Use FIFO method for inventory in store issuance.
• Check incoming materials for quality against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents
• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
• Keeps and updates records of good received and issued
• Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Opening and closing of cash register/POS;
• To prepare monthly Physical stock taking required Audit Purpose.
• To maintain General, Maintenance and Import parts update.
• To coordinate with all concern people through Emailing.
