Identify and document client requirements, design, develop, integrate and implement clients business on various business solution software (MIS) i.e. ZOHO, Shopvox, Salesforce, Buildium, Freshbooks and other business Apps.
Collaborate internally within the organization and with customers from across several functional areas to understand key functional needs and translate these needs into building new features/products and enhancements to existing features/products
Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the business process development in order to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of the system
Manage roll-out of new features/products to customers and clients, including training relevant users and communicating updates with management
Migrate data from different systems into ZOHO or other platforms
Execution of new functionality such as layouts, custom objects, and fields, reports, and dashboards providing an analytical picture to clients in order for them to make necessary decisions at the right time. Schedule and manage emailed reports to client sales teams

Worked as Senior Modification Control Engineer & Project Coordinator involved in various key tasks of SAI AWM. Key responsibilities included:
Working as a team lead for the modification section of SAI fleet. Managing and overviewing all the modification-related tasks and assigning responsibilities to team members to ensure compliance of all tasks as per defined schedule.
