Ø The coordinator will be the responsible for all ins and outs of the institute, and work very closely with The Rector.
Ø The Coordinator being the right hand of the Rector shall be responsible for all administrative, financial, and academic functions at Talon-IHS and ensure the provisions Regulations and Rules are faithfully observed in order to promote the general efficiency and good order of the Campus.
Ø The Coordinator shall have the powers to direct teachers, officers, and employees of the respective Campus to take up such assignments in connection with teaching, non-teaching, examination, administration, and such other activities in the Campus.
Ø The Coordinator shall make such arrangements at the Campus for teaching, administration, scrutiny of papers, marks, and results and for such other activities as may be necessary;
Ø The Coordinator shall have the powers to sanction all expenditure provided for in the approved budget of the respective Campus;
Ø Assist in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Center’s tutoring and learner support services
Ø Give support to director marketing to market programs and services and monitor student participation and use
Ø Monitor and plan campus program operating budget
Ø Develop and maintain close working relationships with departments and divisions within the institute.
Ø Develop and maintain close working relationships with external community agencies, law enforcement agencies, education departments.
Ø Develop reports and documents as requested
Ø Recruit, hire, train and supervise student employees for the Peer Tutoring and New Student

Ø Building connections and with Alumni of The University of Bedfordshire working in Pakistan at different levels to raise the University Profile.
Ø Representation of The University of Bedfordshire, in seminars and education expos.
Ø Signing MOUS with local HEI’s for semester exchange programs.
Ø Facilitation of the student who want to apply at The University of Bedfordshire directly.
Ø Provide support to direct applicants through the admissions process by providing support in admission application processes, scholarships, entry requirements
Ø Exchange of faculty on sabbatical for doctorate or post-doctoral programs.
Ø Higher Education Counseling including guidance about admission and visa processes.
Ø Organize higher education expos.
Ø Directly approach admission offices of leading international Universities for student placement and queries
Ø Work with students and employers for placement of students on jobs and internships.
Ø Interact and coordinate with admissions offices of leading international universities for one-to-one counseling and information sessions to facilitate students who wish to pursue higher studies abroad.
