Preventive Maintenance: Planned, executed and completed maintenance of 40 PMTs per fiscal year by maintenance of old equipments, replacing deteriorated with new ones to reduce interruptions.
Team Management: Manage staff and teams to rectify faults and complete task within Targeted Time.
System Improvement Proposals: Initiated, planned and executed system improvement proposals against over load PMTs, bifurcation, centered load point PMT.
ABC: Converted 115 PMTs from Bare Conductor with Aerial Bundle Cable.
Loss Reduction: Distribution Loss reduced from 39% to 23% by execution of projects (ABC, SIPs, OMR)
Coordination: Always remain in coordination with staff and other departments even after duty hours.
Analysis of Projects: Cost Benefit Analysis and Internal Rate of Return Analysis of Projects.
Implementation of Safety: Frequent visits on site to ensure staff working with safety at site.
Dealing with Customers: Deal with customers softly, resolve their issues and satisfy those who visit office.
