· Virtualization ESXi 6.5, VMware WorkStation 12.0
· Create and verify backup of Server data (BMR, System State,Veeam)
· AD Account & Email ID Creation (New User’s)
· Manage and Monitoring LibreNMS, The Dude, Vutlan Data Centre EMS System.
· Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue our users encounter
· Support Infrastructure, including firewalls, malware protection software and other process
· Assist in providing day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
· Assists with configuring security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
· Builds, patches, tests (check for compatibility issues, conducts QA) and deploys systems and platforms meeting clients’ needs and specifications
· Supervision of annual IT radio Tower Maintenance.

• Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose network and hardware problems
• Conduct remote troubleshooting Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
