* Processing of payroll of all employees of institute
* To maintain accurate financial records
* Prepare and maintain the employee master data. Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring they are compliant with auditing standards.
* Execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
* Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
* Reconciliation of bank accounts statements
* Coordinate with necessary stakeholders to confirm payroll before cut-off dates.
* Examining expenses submitted by employees
* Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data
* Computing taxes
* To assist management in the decision making process by preparing budgets
*Assistant Quality Management Representative (AQMR) of ISO Certification
* Completion of any other task assigned by the authorities
I have done MBA in Finance. I teach Advanced Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Law, Business Taxation, Auditing and MS Excel.
I performed duties there as under:-
* Daily accounting of income and expenses
* Acknowledging payment received and making vendor payments
* Issuance of purchase orders and acknowledging receipts of goods and services
* Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
* Inventory management and payroll management
* Daily interaction with management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity
* Maintain and organized filling system of documentation
* Staff management, to resolve quires of employees
* Management of talent pool/ database of relevant candidates
