1-Lead the technical recruiting efforts for positions within the IT Business, functional staff and phase-in positions. 2-Use variety of other recruiting methods, develops a comprehensive program designed to identify potential qualified candidates for a wide variety of vacancies. This includes methods of advertising, posting and publicizing vacancies, searching available job boards and data bases, and providing qualified candidates to hiring managers throughout the company 3-Develop new and unique recruiting methods through use of internet, and other tools to include supporting the branding and marketing of Matech Consulting IT jobs to active and passive candidates 4-Work with compensation and HRD on job descriptions, development of salary ranges, and final offer. 5-Develop and implement candidate sourcing and evaluation processes that encourage and support diversity and inclusion 6-Help to identify what resources should be used to attract passive and active candidates in the IT market space.
Recruitment & Selection Activities:
Provide all recruitment, Staffing & administration support for National & International Office.
Job postings,CV’s short listing and Conducting initial interviews for the following departments;
Business Developments, Client Relations, Admin and Account departments.
Conducting test for 3D Artists, Designers, Web Developers.
Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction
Attendance Management:
Monthly attendance finalized and sends to Finance Department for salary disbursement. (Manually/MS Excel)
Resigning Formalities:
Employee release and clearance
Salary Disbursement
Issuance of Experience Letter
Letter Drafting:
Employee’s statuses up-gradation and issuance of letters;
(Training, Appointment, Probation, Confirmation, Warning, Termination, Experience)
HR Data Base:
Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
Approved the employee’s data forms from directors, collect all the information manually and then transferred to MS Excel.
Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
