Key Responsibilities:
1. To work as a backup of Relationship Manager.
2.Develop and expand the customer base and increase the corporate banking product volume by presenting strategies/ideas tailored to all or specific needs.
3. Ensure timely and accurate execution of credit proposals for onward submission to credit committee.
4. Coordinating with existing customers and maintaining relationship with them.
5. Coordinate compliance, credit, External Audit, Shariah Audit and regulatory matters.
6. Liaison with other departments in order to carry out smooth flow of transaction.
* Credit Department:
1. Liaison with SME / Corporate to assess their day-to-day operational, credit requirements, product structuring.
2. Financial & credit analysis of intending customers.
3. Prepare credit line proposals for credit department review.
4. Product structuring as per the needs of client.
5. Ensure disbursement to the customers as per approved credit lines.
6. Islamic Finance such as Murabahah, Ijarah, Istisna, Diminishing Musharakah, Kaborab Finance, IERF Part-II, etc.
7. Conduct time to time analysis of customer worthiness.
8. Ensure compliance of SBP Prudential Regulations.
* Trade Finance Department (Import & Export)
1. Reviewing & processing of Import SLC / ULC, contracts, direct import documents etc.
2. Processing for Lodgement & Retirement Of Documents.
3. Certification of E-Forms.
4. Processing of advance payment, FDBC, FBP against export.
* Shariah Department
1. Preparation of Process Flows For Islamic Financing Products.
2. Monthly Reporting of Islamic Financing Products.
3. Lending transaction expertise on Islamic products like Murabahah, Diminishing Musharakah, Mudaraba, Ijarah, Istisna, Salam, Bai salam, Musawammah, Running Musharakah.
* Credit Administration Department
1. Completion of Prerequisite documentation for financing.
2. Disbursement & Monitoring of Advances.

1. Account Opening,closing & maintenance
2. AML / KYC compliance
3. Remittance functions
4. Cheque Book issuance,and maintenance

9. Customer Handling,resolving customer queries and issuing Statements of accounts
10. Generation of Daily Mandatory Reports At Day end.

•Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
•Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business.
•Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
•Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.
•Keeping quality documentation up to date.
•Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers.
•Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning.
•Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.
•Responsible for the review and update of the program me quality plans.
•Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
•Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
•Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.
•Giving specialist quality assurance advice to the company departments as required
