Responsible for managing all verification products, coordinate with Supervisors and project coordinators to ensure that all verifications are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Interact with Bank Management regarding assignments and other issues: interact with management at NBP and other similar clients to provide debt collection assignments and other related issues.
Execute strategies that help in successful implementation of Recovery Policy.
Ensure & strive hard that recovery targets are met as set by the Management / Board.
Ensure process improvement / efficiency in collection / recovery process in order to contribute towards profitability.
Responsible for receiving data and sending status after compilation of Operational work.
Coordination with Service providers and building strategies for improvement of operational work.
Build strong Relationship with customers. And convert these relations in long term profitable business relations.
Updates COO by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Conduct quality control for work.
Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward.
Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events.
Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
