Support/assist the District Coordinator in developing and implementing a CMP district monthly work plan
Preparing and arrangement of events like celebration of school/community level events
Identifying and seeking support from influencers/community leaders, schools’ teachers and etc2. regarding successful implementation of planed activities both at school and community level
Assist the community members in developing their own capacity and strength to the point where they no longer need the services of you the mobilizer
Preparation of students for different event segments like speeches, tableau performance
Work on educating communities in retention of girls’ enrolment
Working on social issues/cultural barriers related to participation of women/mothers in school level activities 
Work as a linkage building/liaison with focused communities/SMCs and government officials regarding their participation in different activities of the program
Help DC in development of success stories and case studies from CMP targeted areas
Coordinate and support M&E unit for data gathering, validation and submission of required reports in timely manner
Support/Facilitate procurement unit of CMP for required processes in field.
Any other duties commensurate with ability and suitable to task’

In coordination with the Program Manager and Procurement Officer and as per standard procedures identify and assess construction suppliers, vendors of WASH NFIs, prepare contracts and documentation for works.
Assist the Program Manager in planning and implementing community mapping exercises to inform finalization of the project RCCE strategy.
Develop IEC and other materials for use in community-level RCCE activities.
Program Manager in designing and conducting training of Community Mobilizers on community-level RCCE strategies.
Plan community-level RCCE activities conducted by Community Mobilizer.
Assist with set-up and lead field-level implementation of monitoring systems for tracking field-level RCCE activities carried out by Community Mobilizers.
Link risk communication with health facility health promotion activities to reinforce improved COVID-19 transmission risk messages
Lead mobilization of key community stakeholders including protection committee, youths, women, men and host communities to participate in community awareness events/meetings
Liaise with community leaders and other sectors and agencies working locally in order to ensure coordination of field-level RCCE activities
Ensure that Community Mobilizers adhere to CRS protection and safeguarding policies, security policies, and COVID-19 risk mitigation policies while engaged in RCCE activities.
Organize data collected from Community Mobilisers and prepare regular activity reports and submit as requested by Program Manager
Lead/support NFI distributions and RCCE session as requested.
Advise management about issues affecting project implementation, or key local issues affecting future project developments.

Support implementing partner in education pilot project design, implementation and monitoring.
Mobilize and involve communities, school administration & education department to ensure community ownership of projects.
Design appropriate assessment tools to identify and respond to education needs.
Establish, identify and train parent teach council (PTC’s).
Provide regular feedback to implementing partners, communities, school, monitoring visits.
Ensure proper project tracking and record keeping
Compile project reports highlighting project impact against indicators.
Ensure capacity building of counterpart and all members of team.
As delegated by the Project Coordinator, liaise with equivalent project staff in other locations to ensure sharing of lessons learned, tools and systems.
Conduct any other programming responsibility delegated by the Program Coordinator

Work with other CRS Staff effectively through
Ensure that DRR Program is implemented effectively as per designed strategy and Detailed Implementation Plan.
Provide technical support in assessment of prevailing disaster risk, vulnerabilities and capacities at local level to ensure that community mobilization, awareness raising and Disaster Risk Plans are formulated effectively.
Ensuring participation and involvement of the beneficiary community in program implementation so that programming occurs in a consultative, participative and gender sensitive way.
Revision of concept notes for different DRR Cash for work schemes so that it according to program requirement and within in the budget.
Conduct field monitoring and supervision of DRR activities includes, community meetings , formation of village committees, Community based Disaster Risk plan, Cash for Activities, so that activities are carried out as described and approved in Concept note.
Ensure that community based early warning system and evacuation plan is in accordance with the District early warning system/District Disaster Cell
Close coordination with other sectors through different working groups meeting held at district level.
Ensure that field activities are supported technically, logistically, financially and operationally with all necessary resources.
Ensure program work plans are in place, reports are timely and accurate, and program interventions are implemented as planned.
Ensure compliance with CRS standard operating procedures to guarantee accountability throughout the implementation process.
Ensure that budgets are adequately managed.
Ensure core indicators against output are being met.
Ensure technical quality of design and implementation of evaluations.
Ensure that Output tracking sheet is always up to date and forward to concerned authorities whenever required
