Direct involvement, supervision, planning and execution of routine/preventive maintenance for rotary and stationary equipment which include different pumps, different valves, heat exchangers, oil tanks, hydraulic couplings, piping and other equipment.
 Responsible for the planning, scheduling, supervising and execution of predictive, preventive, routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance .
 Reduce and control over heads in shape of late hours working, high repair and maintenance cost, and controlling number of workers in a job.

 Performed troubleshooting and repair for complex Machines including, oil fillers, Fanuc robots, Servo motors, induction sealers and conveyors.
 Write technical reports and presents to management and other interested parties.
 Responsible for management, registration, Validation of the Special equipment, safety interlock & Measurement equipment.
 Responsible for collecting the maintenance work orders monthly record and analyze.
 Responsible of inventory control and list out future spares.
 Identifies vendor requirements for repairs, overhauls and resources, develops contracts for services, provides support to Supply Chain and Global procurement when required and acts as the company representative when required.

To manage the mechanical team, prepare all PTW for different jobs as per plan.   Prepares method statements, equipment lifting plans and permits required for installation work.   To plan, monitor and execute installation and commissioning activities of FANUC ROBOTS, TMG Packaging, Rotary Fillers/capper –CFT, Chillers for induction sealer and Conveyor under project scope.   To review engineering package documents such as Data Sheets, P&ID, Specifications, GA Drawings, Fabrication and installation Procedures.  Follow up the actions of ISO 9001/14001/18001.  Experience completing rotating equipment alignment utilizing laser equipment.  Read and interpret Electrical/Mechanical flow and instrument diagram.  Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.  Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely and thorough basis.    

o Erection & Fabrication of Steel Structure and Machinery
o Review and check design development drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities
(B.O.Qs) for different areas of works.
o Plan, schedule and monitor daily site work related to assigned works.
o Assist in commissioning documents along with operational and maintenance manuals for
different areas of work.
