Project related tasks:
Design AutoCAD layout for LT rooms and overall floor analysis.
Plan and execute the cable ladder path.
Plan and execute the AC plant cable laying.
Erection of Machinery (Blowroom , Card , Draw, Simplex, Ring & Autocone).
Erection of AC plant and Filters.
Dismantling of machinery (Blowroom, carding and drawing) from one location to assemble at different location.
Department related tasks:
Fault tracing and trouble shooting of machine related downtime.
Prepare log-sheet of monthly complaint records.
Develop preventive maintenance checklist and report.
Responsible for the daily inspection of machines and electrical systems as per standardized checklist.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance of relevant machines / Electrical panels and maintain its record.
Perform projects related working during shifts as per the guideline of supervisor.
Responsible for the resolution of daily service desk complaints with root cause analysis.
Responsible for eliminating loose wirings in respected department.
Oversee and inspect all machine related safeties are available and operative during operation.
Ensure proper data recording of lux level, current, temperature of all motors, sensors etc & highlight and resolve abnormality.
Arrange & maintain records of all consumable items required for preventive maintenance and smooth operation of relevant machines.

Erection of new dyeing (Theis) machinery, finishing process machinery.
Supervision of team in elevator installation both Mechanical and Electrical.
Troubleshooting variety of complaints in electrical panel during inspection visit.
Follow-ups with clients to schedule the activity.
Commissioning of 3 phase, VFD and Electrical Panel.
Testing of elevator on different commands.
