I have been working freelance writing and editing jobs throughout my career. My usual clients come from word of mouth and the occasional email correspondence.
My estimate is that I have worked with at least 28 clients in this period and my first ever client has recently reconnected with me after almost 13 years to do a modern-day rework of the first project we did all those years ago.
The topics were varied and included: psychology, tourism, microchip technology reviews, business news, infotainment, architecture, fashion photography, etc.

I headed the Production Department and successfully launched 2 studios (Lahore and Islamabad) for daily live broadcasts over the company's app, Zoom, and Facebook.
I also hired and trained the production team in the latest broadcast technology and practices.

Over the course of my 12-year tenure at Express News, I worked in almost all departments. But in the last 6 years, I was the Focal Person for the Lahore Programming Department, heading a team of around 25 people in the Current Affairs team.

I handled the daily rosters of the Geo English reporting team.
I assigned them daily duties and managed the human resources on each assignment team, including the OB vans.

Headed the City News Desk.
Managed the first 3 pages of the B-Fold.
