Project Coordinator
-- Coordinates, collects and centralizes all information about the activities of the project. -- Develops and implements team processes in order to ensure good workflow within the team and with another center service. -- Acts as the first point of contact for inquiries about the project. -- Makes recommendations about the content and operations to improve the work of the projects. -- Prepares minutes of meeting reports of a technical nature to ensure discussions and decisions are well documented. -- Coordinates the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for the projects. -- Prepares and coordinates project level documents such as (project work plans, project information, and requirements, communications strategies, evaluation plans, project reports or briefings, reports to top management, reports of meetings) for the project team and top management, and in response to specific requests by center management.
