Scrutinizing Credit Proposal received from Hub Branches.
Point out Discrepancies & rectifying from Hub Branches.
Asses Credit Proposal according to Banks Approved Policy & SBP.
Create financial reports furthermore analyzed, examined, and interpreted account records, compiled financial information, and reconciled reports and financial data
After scrutiny, Credit Proposal Send to Higher Authorities for Final Approval.
Monitoring Healthy Portfolio.
Arrangement of DAC of lease vehicle according to the checklist provided by RCAD.
Open Loan account in Flex cube system.
Arrange Disbursement and issuance of purchase order to concern vendor.
Arranging Booking/Delivery of lease vehicles in all over Pakistan by local authorized dealer.
Arrange insurance, Registration and installation of tracker in lease vehicles.
Maintain shadow files and MIS of Lease Vehicle & Running Finance.
Maintain monthly TAT (Turnaround Time) sheet of RFD products.
Other assignments include HR and Admin related activities i.e. arranging interviews, organizing, compiling and documentation. Update HRD with different information such as New Hire & Leaves etc.
Maintain and monitor store inventory.
Ordering more supplies or stocks.
Maintain product levels appropriately
Conduct regular audit of store.
Assisting and reporting to the Store Manager.
Act as the primary store manager and carry out the responsibilities of the store manager when they are not available.
