o Manage overall store i.e stock deliveries , challans , maintain system record etc . with compliance to company policies and procedures.
o Ensure adequate record keeping to manage all documentation to conform stock levels and maintain inventory control .
o Daily stock issue & purchase report to store Incharge.
o Daily feeding issuance voucher department wise.
o Monthly reports to director.
o Software visual basic.
ASSISTANT ACCOUNT
Core Responsibilities:
o Daily accounting transition (Cash, Bank, etc.)
o Reconciliation of party billing and make payment accordingly.
o Party receivable reconciliations and aging analysis.
o Ledger maintenance.
o Banking affairs and fund management.
o And all assignment assigned by manager accounts.
