As Manager Coordination Security maintain communication with Principal, assess situational security, deliver security advices and arrange Protocol accordingly.
All VIPs/International Clients Scheduling Escort and making arrangements accordingly.
Monitoring Close Protection duties all over Pakistan.
Receiving for clients at the airports to provide meet & greet & services to foreign delegations/high profile clients.
Coordinating with Senior Management and sending minute to minute tracking of CPO Duties and security situation update.
Monitoring of CCTV Cameras/Vehicles/Security Supervisors Real Time tracking on daily basic
Ensuring that the Control Rooms remain secure at all the times and that no unauthorized person enters the Control Rooms.
Operational briefings to the Security Teams and the Control Room Staff.

Responsible to hire, train and coordinate work schedules of all security personal to ensure a secure environment at all locations.

Manage Control Room Operations including:
