• understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs
• sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments
• adapting existing designs for mass production
• developing a pattern that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervising the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptations
• overseeing production
• negotiating with customers and suppliers
• managing marketing, finances and other business activities, if working on a self-employed basis.

Requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Support other functions as assigned
Look after overall Sindh sales, and Policy management, Managing Company Human Resource Department. Working knowledge of regulations, Supervising Staff & Public Relations, Supervising of the development, administration and implementation of all HR functions, such as: interviewing, recruitment, appraisals, training and professional development, benefits, and associate relations activities, Manages the financial bookkeeping of the organization, Processes each day invoices, Records payments, and track expenses, Handling Co-ordination between Sales team and General Manager Sales
There my working is to provide administrative support, handling mails, deals with clients, calculating and checking the payments of Parties and other bills, Reporting to C.E.O. conducting the different schedules & each day activities, Maintaining & preparing the contracts of each employee, Defining the job description & responsibilities of employees, Analysis regarding ethical & performance appraisal of employees on timely basis etc.
