- To track the process of ordering, summarizing and billing; to gather the need for materials and submit it for review and approval, once approved, place an order through the POP system.
- To filtrate the materials as per the delivery order and submit their prices to the Finance Department.
- To bill and export relevant data to make and submit the Material Allocation Table to the Finance Department.

My major responsibilities were there to design the outdoor campaigns of different clients and remained them in a loop by providing them execution details and weekly tracking. I also used to hunt new clients through different techniques and also guide the clients about latest marketing tools of growing business within minimum budget. Worked in sales department of Telenor to coordinate with customers for promotion of services and updating the information for processing the sales and awareness of the services.
Worked in Marketing Department as internee for the time span of two months of training. I thoroughly observed the functions of different departments of PEL (Pak Elektron Limited). As apprentice I analyzed the basic working of PEL and especially its Marketing department.
