Provide SAP, Sales Force One and SnD Pro software support of south
region.
Preparing business process documents for the sales and
distribution activities.
Work with Sales and Accounts team to achieve maximum business
targets.
Manage Network devices of South region offices.
Manage and provides support of HHT inventory and Woosim
printers.
Provide support to all south region users and follow up with them to
ensure their IT systems and other equipments are fully functional
after troubleshooting
Monitoring Network Traffic and Bandwidth Utilization in order to
run smooth operations and escalating any Network Degradation to
ISP.
Provide SAP, Sales Force One and SnD Pro software support.
Provide support to all head office users and follow up with them to
ensure their IT systems and other equipments are fully functional
after troubleshooting.
Provide remote support to all branches and Network towns users
and resolve their issues on call or through Any desk or Skype for
business.
Provides hardware (Laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, etc.) and
software (Windows, Microsoft office 2013/ 2016, Domain & VPN
issues) support and manage all the inventory of consumable and
non-consumable items.
Provide Aver Video Conferencing and Lifesize video conferencing
devices support. Managing Teem, a conference room scheduling
software.
Resolution of tickets on daily basis and update them each of them on
Spiceworks (Ticketing System).
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
