03 years of experience in both humanitarian and development right based approach work, I have steadily developed knowledge, skills and attitude that would allow me to effectively lead and manage an office and team to achieve organizational goals and mission.

My Master degree is in Sociology Diploma in information technology, work experience in, WASH, Food Security & Livelihood, Education, advocacy and in the lives of the project beneficiaries.

I possess analytical skills and expertise in moitoring & Evaluation of Food security & Livelihoods WASH, CBDRM, TVET and shelters projects, concept notes, planning, program management, delivering trainings on Health and Hygiene , capacity development, Monitoring & evaluation, need assessment & resource mobilization, lead WASH and Food cluster meetings, networking & advocacy. , well versed with use of SPHERE standards in all activities from need assessment to impact assessment. Good skills in conducting baseline / end line surveys, designing questionnaires, data collection. Have Excellent Coordination skills with implementing partners /stakeholders and liaison with government and non government agencies.

I can work flexibly in complex team of people from different backgrounds and disciplines. Additionally I am able to work independently taking the initiative, have excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to work in areas of uncertainty, remain calm without losing sight of strategic objectives.
