Develop a portfolio of high quality assets of middle markets under fleet financing (commercial/non-commercial vehicles) department. Keep a close watch on changing market dynamics, ensuring safeguard of bank's interests and to keep abreast of the latest developments in the local and international financial/industrial markets that are related to client's business.
Provide the best possible services to corporate clients and fetch optimum ancillary business with a view to maximize bank's revenue & meeting monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly allocated targets.
Ensure that corporate portfolio adheres to risk management policies and procedures, strict compliance of SBP PRs and other prevailing laws and regulations.
Monitor the credit portfolio for any exceptions and to ensure compliance with credit policy & procedures and statutory requirements and take corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain a close liaison with CAD, Legal Adviser, valuators, CIU, retail risk, Corporate and Commercial risk management, insurers and excise & taxation department for perfection of security documentation.

Analyze banquet event orders; communicate effectively with customers, managers and associates through e-mail communication to ensure that all equipment, supplies, staffing and menus meet customer's expectations.
Review all schedules, equipment, supplies and organize work flow to ensure a quality event to customers on a daily basis.
Implement company programs and resolve daily operational problems through consistent monitoring of banquet operations to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and to ensure an optimum level of service, quality and hospitality.
